Poster Presentation – Discovery US 2024

Showcase your poster in the Poster Presentations section of the Exhibition Hall, visible to all attendees during the networking breaks.

Details:

Your physical poster needs to be presented as A0 (841mm x 1189mm) portrait size (we are unable to accommodate landscape posters).

You will be shown where to display your poster on the day of the event and will be provided pins for the poster boards.

Please ensure your poster is taken down from the display board by end of the final networking break, as this is when the exhibition will close. If you do not remove your poster by this time, Oxford Global holds no responsibility if your poster is misplaced.

Please note that we do not provide poster printing services.
